We are a group of people bound by a passion for Local Government Recruitment, shared values in how we work, and friendship.
We don’t just rely on our considerable sector experience (although it really helps), or the proven track record we have been able to demonstrate in a very short period of time. Ambient People have also developed a clear methodology based on what we know works, and the way we enjoy recruiting. We outline that here. The aim of this all is to make the recruitment process a little more effective, and a little more enjoyable.
Why the name?
The unusual name of the business was deliberate. The dictionary definition of ‘ambient’ is ‘relating to the immediate surroundings of something.’ It’s our role to find people to fit challenges, and challenges that fit people. Our mission to put the individual at the heart of recruitment is about working with people to put them in the right environment. Where they fit. Where they thrive.
