how
We have brought our 50+ years hiring into Local Government and the Public Sector together to refine a business model geared towards a substantively better recruitment experience. Here’s how.
We have crafted everything we’ve learned – both the good and the bad – about recruitment into an M.O. designed to deliver, underpinned by these three pillars:
We are building a network. Networks help each other in different ways, in different times. Whether you are hiring, applying or contracting, first and foremost - we’re working with you.
That principle underpins our approach to marketing our services, and to matching people to challenges. We think it makes us better recruiters; but if we’re honest, it’s simply a recognisition that we love being in the people business.
Competencies are what help us survive a challenge; personal strengths are what help us thrive.
By knowing why people do what they do; what they are naturally good at; and what they love doing; we’ve got a better chance of supplying successful, useful and happy contractors.
We have to treat the people within our network as the individuals they are; if we didn’t, our network led approach and our strengths-based recruitment wouldn’t work.
And that approach is really founded on the principle which we have on life as much as on work – that everything feels better when you’re being listened to.
